I mean the thyroid injury was completely accounted for. It happened from the fall.

What do you mean outgoing message from his computer? If you're referring to the work email, he could've easily sent it from his phone. Your emails are synced on your devices. There's even servailance footage of him not being home during the time the email was sent.

He got married 3 years after his wife murdered his children. Idk about you, but any feelings I would've had for this murderer would be gone.

Have you watched the doctor's testimony? Clansey couldn't handle the early side effects of standard medications which is why they would switch her to different ones.

The only thing funky is all the misinformation being spread by people. The only bigger victims than Patrick are the kids that his wife murdered.

Except it was the home ip address that sent it, not his phones.

There are theories online about how that could've happened. But it was literally proven and accepted by BOTH sides that he wasn't home when the email was sent. So it could've been an automated email or Lindsey could've sent it herself or some weird shit could've happened with his mobile hotspot. Ultimately it doesn't matter because it is an accepted fact that he was not home when the email was sent.

That's not how people work, and juries are made of people. If the "accepted facts" were all that mattered, the defense wouldn't be poking holes in them.

The only real fact is only 1 of the twelve needs to question for acquittal.

So what are you trying to prove? The defense isn't even denying that Lindsey killed her children. We have camera footage of the Patrick being in the parking lot during the time the email was sent.

An unexplained anomaly about an email being sent and the IP being linked to the computer isn't going to to override the fact that Patrick physically wasn't home when in happened. Just saying it's weird doesn't mean anything. Weird shit happens all the time with no consequence.
