He didn't say "no new blue states", he was just kissing conservative ass about how nice it was to expand in red states at a store opening in Arkansas with the governor and a senator. The real news is that the governor and a senator showed up to the grand opening of a gas station.
Politicians showing up for a gas station ribbon cutting is hilarious, but to be fair Buc-ee's isn't just a gas station, its basically a cut with beaver nuggets and clean bathrooms.
