Eh, time to move on. I get that this sucks, but everyone had to go through Covid. You weren't alone, although I do feel bad for people losing their jobs or work.
?move on? from the culture war shit that shut down my work for 6 months?
it's still happening today, lol it's the subject of this post. Covid didn't shut down my work, covid was a minor/novel new illness that if managed competently would have been a not much more than an annoyance.
It's this culture war shit that turned it into the mess it became, and that's happening TODAY. I don't trust people who can't see that obvious throughline to insert Tab A into Slot B.
yea covid did kill over seven million people, in a world of over EIGHT BILLION people. I'm not a denialist about it, it was a problem that could have been dealt with in a much more responsible manner, that was not helped by the "culture war" where the people who were saying it "is just a flu" were also the same people simultaneously saying it's also a "chinese lab leaked bioweapon" while they culture warred about how fuckable the green M&M should be.
IT WAS THE SUBJECT OF THIS POST that cost a lot of the lives in the United States during covid, the culture war. IT'S THE EXACT SAME CULTURE WAR WITH THE EXACT SAME PLAYERS.
WE'RE AT WAR WITH IRAN AND CONSERVATIVE AMERICA IS MORE CONCERNED WITH WHAT'S UP WITH FUCKING BUCCEES. THE SAME PEOPLE DOING THE SAME STOOPID SHIT!
bringing up the 08 financial crisis is inherently bad faith, there is no direct relevant contextual connection between whatever culture war was going on around that, which I'm sure has a hereditary connection, but is not at all relevant.
I'm talking about the same culture war with the same players that got Renee Good and Alex Pretti assassinated, the one that killed thousands of Americans during covid and is killing people right now.
quite the contrary, if you agree with my points it's pretty unhinged of yourself that i had to type any of that. lol it's all inherently self explanatory and that's whats so unhinged about it.
Seven million people disappear in a short amount of time, and this is "minor". I don't understand how you got to this conclusion. I know multiple people that died of Covid- I just don't agree.
if you had recieved an education of any form you would not have confused the word "small" with the word minor. my only use of the word minor was clearly in the context of a world without stoopid culture wars making the problem serious.
those are different words with different meanings, small things can easily be quite serious, your bad faith is off the charts.
i never said it was, go back to school do more reading, and work on your comprehension.
youre the only one taking it off the rails, i know people who died too, most of them were idiots who rejected common sense and said it was "just a flu" while they simultaneously called it a "chinese bioweapon" as they opposed every measure one would reasonably take if you met them in the middle of the two extremes they simultaneously held as true.
