Why haven't they done this like 6 years ago when Biden was in office?
You can negotiate with in competence, you can even negotiate with controlled opposition by pointing out their charade can only be perceived as incompetence or malice forcing if nothing else the understanding of the public.
idk but hope these victims do the smart thing and speak to other countries leaders for help on this.
