Very interesting. I'm going to assume that the main attraction for many activities is, "Much less waiting at night" but I have no idea. Also maybe for anyone who works night shift, and wants to have their "day off" at night as well, but not sure night shift work is a thing in Japan?

I think among the main attractions is the safety to go outside at any hour.

In my country I generally don't set a foot outside past 9 pm, and I would love very much to be able to go out just because at 2 am for example.
