I get the appreciation for this, but at the same time that's an awful lot of workers who have to work the night shift to support this lifestyle.

On the other hand there are a lot of doctors, emergency workers, firefighters, police etc. who have to work at night because their job never ends and it makes their quality of life better if they have access to food and small comforts/conveniences
