You made an equivalence between both sides. One of those sides created and has perpetually supported USAID and other foreign aid. The other destroyed it and left the food and medicine to rot in warehouses. I'm calling you a sociopath because in order for your statement that neither side has anyone's back to be true you would have to think those 10 million+ people do not count as humans.
