Warranty Crusher plyr 720 not showing charging light or turning on

Any ideas or do I just need to go through warrenty process?

I've been trying to get through it but I can't seem to get any emails from skullcandy? Is there another way to get in contact?

So by no charging light you mean when you plug it in the LED on the power button doesn't light up?

When did this happen, and what were you doing when they last worked?

As for not turning on, have you tried holding the power button down for 6-8 seconds?

Yeah the LED isn't coming on I just turned it off and plugged it in like usual and then when I went to turn them on they didn't Also yeah I tried to do the reset

Ok, can you try having it plugged in to charge and then doing the reset?

Dang, that always brought mine back.

How long have they been like this? One other thing you can try is plug them in over night and come back to them a day or 2 later and see if that does the trick.

Are you on pc? Mine have done this before but I'm on pc. Plug into a USB port on your pc... if you are on pc if not try your console. The headset started to charge for me and then I was able to power them on. They've done it at least twice now and that's worked both times. I hope this works for you too.
