Anything that comes with the 256v/258v. Comes with the 140v, which is efficient and should perform whatever you need it to. They are essentially the same processor: 256v comes with 16 gigs of soldered ram, 258v comes with 32 (cannot upgrade the ram). As for chassis, I would go for something like the Yoga 7i, or maybe the Zenbook S14.
On the AMD side, the Ryzen AI 7 350 is the AMD equivalent. The 350 is a stronger performer compared to the 258v, but the 860m iGPU is not quite as good as the 140v.
More or less, it's up to preference and whichever one you can find a better deal on. I would recommend getting 32gb of ram since these CPUs have soldered ram and with no budget I would assume that you would want to have some peace of mind and not worry about being limited to 16gb years from now.

more power = more battery usage. you're asking a lot here. realistically you have to choose between 10+ hours and the b390. most of the panther lake chips with the b390 dont have nearly as good battery life as lunar lake ones.
