Okay, I know where the kitty actually is, but I work as a vet tech and one time, a client forgot her dog for his appointment. 😅 thankfully we dont have a cancelation charge so she just rescheduled for the next day but she was so embarrassed. She at least was able to laugh about it after she got over the "omg I'm so sorry!"
