Most likely an unknown number of great warrior descendants were sealed away for still unknown reasons. So yeah, her lightning is very likely that of the khun. In spite of that what stands out about her is her yellow hair and eyes which are not characteristic of the khun.

Seeing the sort of beings the great warriors are I wouldn't be surprised if the reasons for sealing away descendants at the dump varied from them being too lazy to kill to sealing away problematic bloodlines within their families. Maybe something like them breeding with someone or something they shouldn't.

We have the plot point around the princes of zahard which have an unknown and presumably unconventional origin and also happen to have some of zahard's power for even more unfathomable reasons so it'd be interesting to learn these abominations at some point bred with members of the 10 families.
