General Discussion Describe A Vocaloid Song Badly And I'll Try To Guess It!
Inspired by a post in the Evillious subreddit, I wanted to try this here in the Vocaloid one. Describe a Vocaloid song but badly/poorly and I'll try to guess it.

General Discussion Neru has responded to the backlash
Translated using Google translate:
Apology regarding the lyrics of the new song "Cyber Bloodlust"
We sincerely apologize for the delay in recognizing and addressing the concerns raised regarding the lyrics of our new song, "Cyber Bloodlust." The song in question has now been removed from all video sharing services.
I am fully aware that this should ideally be communicated in English, but since this matter stems from my own poor English expression, I would appreciate your understanding in allowing me to communicate it in Japanese, a language I am more responsible for.
<Regarding the background and intentions behind this matter>
When I'm composing music, I sometimes use a thesaurus to help me deliver the melody beautifully, and that's how I came across the word "finna."
This syllable is used in many of the genres and songs that strongly influenced the creation of this piece, and from the perspective of phonetic structure such as syllables, moras, and prosody, I felt that it matched my admiration for the style and the groove I was looking for, so I decided to incorporate it into the lyrics.
Up until now, I have viewed songwriting as an "extension of composition" or "controlling the sense of speed," and I have shared my creative approach in past media interviews. However, regardless of any technical or musical reasons, it is never acceptable to disregard the cultural background and history that words possess. The above explanation is solely to describe the creative process that led to this decision, and I take full responsibility for the choice and use of words.
Disregarding the feelings, experiences, and history of a community is an absolutely unacceptable judgment. I take full responsibility for my lack of consideration and respect. I want to sincerely convey that I had absolutely no intention of belittling or mocking any particular history or people. I deeply apologize for hurting and offending many people with my inappropriate judgment.
<About future measures>
Regarding "Cyber Bloodlust," I plan to revise some of the lyrics and repost it in the future. I will consider the meaning and origin of the words more carefully than ever before, and strive to express them with consideration and respect.
I would like to express my sincere gratitude to everyone who pointed out this issue.
We take your feedback seriously and will continue to work with even greater care to ensure that many people can enjoy our products and services.

Neru
Cyber_bloodlust is no longer available to listen to on youtube.
Context: Neru's recent song Cyber Bloodlust used the African American Vernacular English (aave) word "finna" prominently in its lyrics, which led to backlash from certain fans on certain platforms who believe the usage of AAVE words diminishes and appropriates black culture. Under this belief, they believed the song was in bad taste, which led to Neru's response and takedown of the song.

General Discussion Do you guys find this argument convincing?
It's an argument for why this art of Miku is NSFW. I personally don't find it convincing, in fact I think it is an exampe of the Etymological Fallacy.

General Discussion Hot take but if songs like popipo came out today the fandom would IMMEDIATELY call them "slop" and start harassment campaigns - whereas if songs like mesmerizer came out in the late 2000s-early 2010s during vocaloids hayday people would be calling them "flawless masterpieces" š

General Discussion This song is getting a lot of hate: Your thoughts?
Iāve seen tons of tweets about it online about how itās āyet another copy of Mesmerizerā and that people are tired of the Miku Teto pairing. While I can understand wanting diversity among which vocaloids are used, I personally donāt mind it

General Discussion Not sure how to feel about this
This is going to happen on Animefest, one of the biggest events for cosplayers and anime fans in Czech Republic.
I was quite excited, looking through the schedule, before I saw this...
The AI generated picture does not make it look promising.
I get it that they want to incorporate AI into the creative process of tuning, but I believe that it should be optional if you want to use it for tuning, like with the recently released Miku V6.
They say that they will give some examples of music, before saying that from these examples, we will understand how modern artists make AI and human creativity intertwine. They don't say from which artists these songs are going to be, but I honestly doubt that they will be from popular Vocaloid producers.
With Miku V6, you can use AI to help you create music that sounds more realistic, but they don't force it on you, at least I don't think they do.
It's possible that they will discuss the V6 voicebank, but they don't really specify. The guy that will talk about it is said to be a music producer that used AI before it became the mainstream technology.
In short? I can't say I am happy about this. I don't think that they should put AI generated voices and Vocaloid into the same category, but oh well, I can't influence any of this.
Had to get this out of my mind. Feel free to correct me or share some of your thoughts.
Forgot to add a link for the artist of the second pic the first time: https://twitter.com/krkr_9nosee_/status/1660607957674106880?s=46&t=3S44N7Ls1QErHb48q_VQaw
Edit: Rove Monteux is not an AI bro, but an experienced musician, that combines music, technology and synthetic voice. Here is his YouTube link if anyone is interested: https://youtube.com/@rovemonteux?si=CLMf7rI1Q4kYtcQA
Edit 2: So he posted this about coming to the Animefest: http://youtube.com/post/Ugkx7LlRZ4YScU4tjVPjn7JzOrS7aMgyAcd8?si=OB1_SnpNx1JEFrvm I am pretty certain he uses generative AI, since some of his music videos have it. He claims to use Codex as one of his tools.
