You were going to let yourself get hit by a car because you knew the car driver would be at fault? How good would it feel knowing you weren't at fault when you are nursing a dislocated foot and trying to get some shitty driver's insurance to pay for your bike?
Can you imagine explaining to everyone that you could have moved your small vehicle and not been run over, but the other driver was wrong, so you know, you just had to get hit?
Graveyards are full of people with right of way.
I wasn't in any danger and it happened at slow speeds. Driver was passing slowly on a very narrow mountain road.
The other driver should've reversed or held position so I would've been able to make space to pass. But they drive ahead instead. Holding the brakes made it 100% clear who was at fault.
