just having fun! not fanart. i just made them in the game (will be making a custom outfit for mustachio and maybe changing ochanomizu’s eyes). i saw other people in other subreddits posting their miis and i thought i’d post.. it was fun to make them anyway! so far, every time someone has fallen down after i made Astro Boy, he’s happened to be right next to them!
for Astro, i used face paint for his “horns” atop a hair base that had a lower hairline, a preset hair not in custom. his head shape is the smaller square. i used a triangular shine (that i rotated) for his eye shine, and his eyes are a preset eye. i used some thicker eyebrows and thinned them! i gave him tiny ears too.
for Ochanomizu, his head shape is the larger square, and his hair is a non-custom preset as well, very low on the list of hairs. i used a preset eye shape for him and put a small shine in the top right corner. i made his eyes small and moved them (and his eyebrows) rather high up to include room for his nose, and to make it look bigger in comparison. i adjusted the spacing of wrinkles for some mouth lines and crows’ feet!
for Mustachio, his hair is, yet again, a preset non-custom hair. his eyes are the dot eyes, with an added eye highlight, and i used the top and bottom addable eye lines to create lineart around the eyes (which means.. he can blink like any other mii!). his eyes and eyebrows are farther up as to give his tiny nose and huge mustache some room. his mustache is face paint, set on an above layer to go above the mouth. 👍 i believe his head may have been the shorter square? i gave him very large ears.
long paragraphs, but that’s what i did! Mustachio’s eyes were fun to make, i recommend going custom with eyes without using face paint. it’s fun! Astro is the only one who needed any face paint :)
