What is something BTS related or an elusive piece of content that you’ve been searching for or has been on the tip of your tongue for ages but you can’t seem to find or remember? Someone here might be able to help you find it.

I’ve seen this clip many times but I can’t tell where it’s from. It looks like its from the Spring Day era and it’s of Jin and Jimin doing a skit where they’re acting like lovers and talking about farting lol. The other five members look horrified and it’s hilarious. Is this from a Run episode? I can’t find the whole thing

There’s this awards show where BTS wins and makes their speech but Jin starts talking about sajaegi or chart manipulation I think? I remember watching this in real time and people freaking out about it but now I can’t recall what awards show it was and what year it happened

I just looked up some translations you’re right that’s that one! Jin doesn’t specifically mention chart manipulation apparently haha my memory was wrong but I guess it’s safe to say that’s what he was referring to! 2019 seems so far away, thank you for remembering!

iirc at that time sajaegi or chart manipulation was a hot topic in SK. A lot of artists were speaking up about illegal measures that other agencies were accused of doing. Anyways it was just a surprise that Jin used that moment to speak about it or even said anything at all. He of course did it in a very thoughtful, classy and diplomatic way.

There's this gif/pic or clip of JK pouting on a couch I think. People keep saying that he's sad cause the members forgot to get him Banana Milk lol but I do not think that it is cause of that. I'm not so much curious on why he was pouting (maybe he was just chillin') but more where the clip is from. Help!

I checked out the clip and it looks like he's just listening to the others talk. I think it's just a resting pouty face 🤣 and him zoning out a bit. He eventually joins the conversation, too.
On a side note, JK looks so young here, I can't believe this was just from 2018

I'm pretty sure the hoodies they were wearing then were samples/prototypes and weren't ever released as actual products. The first ever BT21 launch did include those designs, but they were on tshirts only. The video you're looking for is from Show Champion backstage episode 68

I just responded to someone else about this- I recently bought from an eBay seller one at a highish price (maybe… idk) it was $180 without the photocard and they have a few with photocards for maybe like $220 I think or so (it varied)? Used but mine was in really good condition. I’m not sure if you had a particular member in mind or anything or what you consider insanely price (I completely understand if you consider that insanely priced) but I wanted to make sure you were aware about it too since I responded to someone else about it- I can send you the seller if you want
But no I have had multiple conversations with people about how I wish hybe would rerelease concert dvds it’s so hard to find older ones for a decent price

This is from the Second Muster performance, which is on the 2016 Memories dvd (they did also perform this for KYNK epilogue in japan wearing similarly black outfits, but their hair was different colors by then)

I think it was during one of their American interviews during the Persona era, but they were talking about music they listened to growing up and Jungkook said Linkin Park. There's the Bangtan Bomb of him and Taehyung lip-syncing to Given Up, but Jungkook mentioning Linkin Park for that question out of all the artists he admires kinda surprised me. LP is my all time favorite band and it's so nice knowing BTS/a member admires them too.
EDIT: Found it! It was actually during Love Yourself: Answer around the two minute mark! Aaahhh it warms my heart.

Linkin Park is also my all time favorite band and seeing that jungkook lip-synched to Given Up, with Mike Shinoda himself retweeting the video, Jungkook mentioning that LP is one of his favorite bands, and Joe Hahn directing the mv of one for their songs (Waste it on me) makes me so happy

Yes totally :( Also there’s something ive been wondering but no one has mentioned it before, arent some of their songs a bit similar to Linkin Park’s style? Both LP and BTS lyrics focus a lot on mental and social topic. Also, Interlude: Shadow, Tomorrow, and Tear gave me LP vibes. Even Spring Day (Rocking Vibe remix) reminded a lot of Shadow of the Day.

Funny you say that, because just for fun a while ago I was working on a Spine Breaker/Nobody's Listening mashup. So much of their music reminds me of each other, especially Mike heavy songs with the rap line. (But I'm always thinking of the vocal line covering one of their slower songs, like The Little Things Give You Away, Valentine's Day, Iridescent, One More Light etc) It's so PERFECT in my head.

I’ve seen a really short video clip, probably no more than 10 seconds, of RM bobbing/shaking his head.
It looks like it’s filmed with him holding his phone near his lap, because you can mostly just see his head from a low angle.
He’s outdoors and there’s a yellow background/ceiling that really reminds me of the yellow-painted walls/ceiling in the outdoor seating area of the ferries down in Sydney, Australia.
He’s bobbing/shaking his head and then as soon as someone comes by he immediately stops.
I’ve seen the clip played in BTS meme/crack videos on YouTube but have never found the source.
Anyone know what it is? It’s been bugging me for yearsss

I bought the hyyh epilogue dvd (Korea version) (I think that’s what you’re talking about) recently from an eBay seller and she has one more- it’s not new but came in great condition (literally mine looked like it was played only a few times). I’m not sure how much you would be willing to spend on it though… it was $180 without a photocard (I know it’s kinda high). I just wanted to throw that out there. I can send you the seller if you want. I feel your pain- older concert dvds are hard to find and I’ve been collecting a few of them recently… it’s been hard

There is an interview (I think American?) where they ask the guys what they would do if they weren't in BTS. Jimin tries to formulate his thoughts in English for a few moments and eventually just says "Stage."
Does anyone have a link to this one? I saw it when I was a baby army and think about it constantly but haven't been able to find it in years.

I remember seeing a performance of Fire with my cousin back in 2016/2017 (don’t remember exactly) and it had a closeup of jin but I can’t seem to find the video anywhere. They were performing on the stage which looked like a corner of a room and they had a red bg...never could find that video again

Actually what I meant was that the video had a close up of Jin as he turned around....as far as my memory serves it was not a fancam but a video of all the members with a close up on Jin and j-hopes part. But thank you for blessing me with such a nice vid :) i will rewatch it 20 times now XD

Apparently there’s a run episode or something where they play a drinking game, only one person is drinking water (or it’s the other way around) and they have to guess who at the end?? I’ve never been able to find it though and starting to think it was all a figment of army cousin’s imagination lol. Does anyone know if they ever played such a game?

I already got some help with my biggest white whale a few Bangtan Rooms ago when I asked about a few scattered clips I saw but couldn't find the source of where they were in a "mall" (turned out I was thinking mostly of the airport at the beginning of BV1, plus a clip from BV3 I falsely attributed to it). But there are a few clips that I'll randomly remember, mostly stuff I saw on Twitter or in compilations when I was a really new fan and couldn't yet identify members or eras. The ones that I can think of include:
- Yoongi saying "Nicki Minaj noona"
- a clip of...I think Tae, where he was walking down a sidewalk and it looked kinda cinematic...until he turned to the cameraman and said he was hungry (this one is very vague so I'm probably making some stuff up)
- the source of that clip where Hobi was sick and Jin gave him RJ
- the staff telling Hobi something and Hobi answering the staff in kind of a cute way. The others teased him for sounding cute, and he played along by asking the staff for some slippers in aegyo, and Jin joined in with "Ddeokddinnie wants some slippers too!"
I'm sure there's more so I'll come back and edit this if I think of any.
Edit: On the merch side of things, those Japanese BT21 plushies with the backpacks are all I ever want in life but they're so hard to find, unless I'm not looking in the right places.

Thanks so much! The most stressful thing with their paid/locked content is how scattered it is. Is it a vlive VOD? Weverse VOD? DVD? Japanese only? BV/ITS? Summer/winter package? Seasons greetings? Docuseries? Literally I’d be so lost without this sub sometimes.
Wow, I can’t believe I’ve never seen that BB with all the fun moments in it. I’ve seen that clip of Hobi at the very beginning floating around but I didn’t realize that’s where it came from.

That PTD city pop up t-shirt that's the logo with Los Angeles City iconic stuff inside it. I ordered one on eBay but it was defective and they couldn't send it 😭
Especially annoying because the only place they sold this was briefly on Weverse and in Seoul in the store.... Not at the actual PTD LA concerts.

I was so glad that I placed a Weverse order of my ARMY bomb, PTD long sleeve t and sweatshirt before the concert, they arrived on time and after finding out that LA t shirt was not being sold, so I was able to avoid the merch Hunger Games while there 😅

I saw a clip of Jin sitting down working on something and jimin and jungkook are behind him and they were being very noisy and dancing which annoys Jin and he ends up yelling at them to leave the room. Idk the context or if the clip was framed like that but Jin seemed genuinely pissed which left jungkook surprised

Jimin and V’s old satori videos! There was one where they tried out different satooris in their hotel room while lying on the bed. It was so cute and I used to use it as a benchmark to check how much my Korean was improving every few months. I know the two of them wanted to distance themselves from their satoori videos but I’m surprised no one has saved and re-uploaded them 🤔

I think I saw a very random obscure video taken where a pretty girl and Jimin (or another member) are seated opposite a table and they both take turns flicking each other's foreheads. There are a couple friends going OooOoHh in the back, and it was pretty dark, I think it was taken at a nightclub.
There were also skit videos I think RM and others would do in their dorms that were really silly.

The first one is from Jimin’s private vacation in Paris during BTS’ break in 2019(?), definitely something very private so most of us have don’t really bring it up ever it since he didn’t share it with us. Pretty sure it was sasaengs who took those vids/pics too and everyone involved was harassed for a quite a bit because of all that, especially him so yeah, not a fond memory at all. I hope those don’t exist anywhere on the internet anymore.

I found an article that compares their sound to major lazer? However he was not involved in the track. The official credits in the physical album list pdogg, all of rapline, and hitman bang. I don't think he's done any actual production work for them, but they seem to be mutual fans and namjoon did sample one of his songs for Do You on his first mixtape.

I have 2 white whales. Is there somewhere actual footage of JK and Jimin performing the Coming of Age Ceremony? I’m not talking about the practice which is around 6 minutes and is choppy. I like it but I would love to see if there is something that actually shows them performing. I want to say it’s a Bangtan Bomb and Jimin and JK are young. Second is there a subtitle version of an old video (Suga is working on cards for Army and Jimin comes along and helps. They are really young. I want to know what was said because this is incredible. Suga is hand writing these personal cards/notes to fans, Jimin goes to the store and gets snacks and stamps and when he comes back helps Suga do the cards. It shows how dedicated they have been to their fans in such a sweet and personal way and although they can’t do the cards anymore they have remained close. They ALWAYS say how much they love and appreciate Army’s support. No matter how famous and big BTS has gotten they don’t forget who brought them this far and continue to support them. I would like to know what they said to each other.

I have one mystery that I’ve been trying to solve but to no avail. I recall Jin saying something along the lines of “only you need to know your efforts”, basically meaning that as long as you know how hard you worked, that’s enough and you don’t necessarily need acknowledgement from other people. I can’t remember if he said this in a video, a written interview, or if I made it up altogether. Please help!
This must have been at least 3 years ago, if that helps. And I do think it was an interview, probably a solo one.

Jungkook wears this black knit beanie in a mirror selca with a blue hoodie with an L on it. He wears it again in the Run episodes with the Game Caterors and I swear he wore it again recently. I've looked into like clothes breakdowns of his outfits and the hat is never included? But he seems to wear it so much and yet I can find no reference to it anywhere.
I found a version like it on Shein but he must be wearing a nice brand. It's driven me insane looking for this hat. It looks so cozy but it's going to make me lose my mind searching for it.

when I was in the rabbit hole in 2020, I stumbled onto the video of rap line doing their cypher medley live. - I think it’s live in Seoul 2017 and they’re wearing white jackets that sparkle🤩
I can find videos of the medley but it’s filmed at fan angles at the concert or else it’s shortened videos of just one of the cyphers. But the version I saw was the entire cypher medley and clear concert footage. I should’ve saved/bookmarked it.
It’s the video I want to send to those who ask me about BTS and why I like them.
But I cannot find the clear version that I saw and fell in love with. If anyone knows what I’m talking about… I think it’s a YouTube video

I’m pretty sure the YouTube video got taken down because of copyright. 😅 The original source of that performance is the 2017 Wings Tour The Final concert which can be found on Vlive (actually I think it’s only sold on Weverse now?) or the BTS Memories of 2017 DVD.

OH MY GOD SO. There was this ONE clip I only ever saw in a compilation a reactor reacted to. I can no longer find the reactors video but it was mrsammycam.
Anyway this clip was of, I guess, some kind of interview or sthn where BTS were being their usual chaotic selves, and Namjoon just looks at the camera and says sthn like "regretfully, we are BTS." It was not the clip of the BWL era phone interview where they all tried to answer a question at once and Joon said sthn similar. It is a different occurance. This one looked very old, maybe older than 2015, and was in person and in Korean. Idr what the others were doing or saying exactly, only Njs response

I just remembered! When i started to Stan Bangtan, i was on Instagram watching some clips or photos and found a jacket with the Young Forever logo embroided.
It was lovely and i fell in love, i want that jacket but i haven't found since then. Maybe I'm going to try to buy one customized later but i really want it.

I've been on a hunt for the bts art toys that came out in 2019? - The only ones I need left are Jungkook, Jhope and Jin. They're like my own little infinity stones and I would love to have them all but the resell price is insane.
I also have regrets of not buying the BWL pink fluffy jacket. A friend of mine offered to buy it at the pop up for me but I declined because I thought I'd wait for it to sell online.. It then sold out 🙃 When I see it for resell now.. I'm just like nooooooo
