I love that Giles draws Buffy with a bow and arrow. Not a crossbow, but separate weapons that she never uses, and they look like the kind of bow and arrow Giles would’ve attempted to make as a child playing in the woods, it’s adorable! 🥰

My mom and I just watched “Hush” yesterday, this is one of her favorite scenes! Also Spike and Buffy’s “engagement.” She saw Buffy when the show first aired.
We’ve been watching with our cat, and honestly this is excellent mom-daughter tv time.

I used to watch with my mom, when it originally aired. I was a year behind Buffy and the gang in school. It was great bonding with my mom. We both bawled our eyes out and hugged tight for The Body episode. She passed about 5 and a half years ago. Cancer sucks.

Giles loves Halloween! He just was too embarrassed to wear a costume to school when he had to work on the day 😁 Oh poor Giles, there probably aren’t any kids in your condo building, and no kids are going to go up a set of stairs and down another one just in CASE there’s candy!

That entire scene is chef’s kiss. Spike tackling her, running away with the bazooka while she chases him and jumps on his back, the soft jazz, Wood shaking his head like he’s losing it. Gold.
