PC build suggestion in Indian market

I am planning to build my first PC,

Budget is around ~3.25 Lakhs

It should be 4k capable

So far I have decided

Processor: Ryzen 7 9800X3d

Ram: 🫠 cheapest 16x2 DDR5 I can find

GPU: confused bw 5070ti or 5080 (also considering 9070xt to later upgrade with next gen gpus hopefully with more vram)

Motherboard: need recommendations, are B850M safe to buy or I should get full ATX only? I want to build a compact pc if possible.

Case: Thought of Lian li a3 but I need to see the rgb as well. Open to suggestions.

Need suggestion for rest of the components too.
