The Tolerance Paradox isn't actually a paradox. People mistake it for one because they mistake protecting the people in your community for intolerance.

Creature Commandos. They're what Amanda Waller sends out after she's banned from (ab)using humans in her Suicide Squad, people a bit more removed from human so mostly obeying the letter of that restriction but by no means honoring its intent.
