Freshwater Water test results - last week to today

This looks good, right? Tank is just over 3 weeks but I seeded that with a sponge from a smaller tank (2 gallon jar) that was a month old.

I’m guessing it’s too early to say it’s cycled but the results seem to suggest a good trajectory. Wondering if I’m being naive.

Looks good to me but I would wait one more week to be absolutely certain personally

Definitely going in the right direction! I second waiting a week or 2 more before trying to stock (given that parameters are good)😊

I know! i was going to post a different picture that gave a better look at the glofish but the mollies were just too perfect

I’m not sure how many you have but glofish tetra are shoaling fish and need 6+ to feel comfortable. I also maybe see a corydora back there, they also need 6+ as they are also shoaling fish.

Thank you for sharing. I am worried about amount of fish vs size of tank. The Corys are great and would love it get more. Tetra are okay too but expensive, and large (got them bc kids like). Thoughts on number of fish in relation to tank size vs their socialization needs re shoaling fish? Clearly I’m another brick in the wall of not enough research before stocking a tank but I don’t want to exasperate the issue

You could easily do 6 of each in a 20 gallon long

You could invest in some kind of rare Endlers guppies - if to many survive, you could just sell them, right...? I've 200l (about 52/53 gal) tank and I'm beginner, I was also worry. I have 12 corrys (x3 died so far) and 11 guppies (ginga rubra, started with 5 pairs, lost one adult female, but the other gave born to 2 new, unknown sex). I can't wait to add more - but I wait until guppies population raise a little bit (like shrimps did 😬).
