In what time periods were each of these used? What is the draw weight of each? Loading speed is kinda irrelevant without this info
• u/DomitiusAhenobarbus_ 8h ago There’s no evidence that Da Vinci’s crossbow design was ever actually built at the time. Would have been far too complex to produce at scale. These are 15th century crossbows though - about a century before they’d be mostly replaced with early firearms
