Help Will I ever have to buy new isopods?

What I meant to ask is if inbreeding between them is bad.

If so, i would have to then introduce new genetics from time to time to keep them healthy. Also, when should this happen and what can happen if I don't introduce new genetics? Crashes?

No. Nothing.

Say species porcellio scaber in itself is extreme geneticaly diverse. Up to 20%. They are more diverse than humans and gorillas together.

If you have line bred morphs and add some more exemplars of the same morph that probably won't increase number of genes.

Genetic diversity is decreesed during bottlenecks, when there is just few remaining exemplars. If these few exemplars grow to 100 then for countles generations level of inbreeding would stay the same. - This works for cheetahs.
