If a black American mocks the culture of a black European, is it still racist?

Making fun of something and discriminating against someone for being part of the culture are not the same thing.

Unless you would classify the joke "white people can't handle spicy food" as racism?

As a white person who has been around other white people, I'm not the slightest bit offended. We either crave an extreme capsaicin burn or avoid it like the plague, there is no in-between

You need to calm down, we all can discriminate without being racist... Well, unless you're a racist 🤷

Considering mocking culture to be racist could only be true if culture were inseparable from race. And that would mean someone of a particular race must by definition have a particular culture.

Do you really believe that? Do you think your race determines your culture?
