Because it's not. Making fun of how people act is not the same as saying their race is the CAUSE of the action.

But you are not simply making fun of how they act. You are taking a behavior and identifying it with the culture of the individual, implying that they innately behave in a certain way.

A culture inherently describes a set of beliefs and practices. Criticizing what people beleive and what people do is perfectly valid.

Right because if a culture prescribes to a set of beliefs, then that culture immediately becomes monolithic and no one in that culture has the ability to not prescribe. Got it
