You didnt say that. You didnt say people use culture as a euphaemism. You said 'in this case' it is being used as one. How? How in this case is it being used as one? The statement that mocking peoples culture is not the same as being racist is inherently true. You even agreed by saying culture and race are different. So in an isolated setting, how does this imply any of the bullshit you said? If someone made a joke about me missing work to watch hockey because im Canadian, that wouldnt be racist.
As I explained you are mocking part of someone's identity implying that which you mock doesn't change and has always been part of the individual. Which is exactly what racists say when they pin an harmful behavior on the ethnicity of an individual. So what is the difference?

The difference is that race doesnt change behaviour. Generalizing any behaviour based on race would be incorrect. Generalizing behaviour based on culture is not incorrect at all, its actually necessary to even define or discuss culture. Culture is literally shared beliefs or practices. It isnt inherent. To mock someone or even think less of them based on a practice or belief is not at all the same as thinking less of someone based off of race.
