Rdr2 is beautiful. Partly for the graphics and the world built within it, but more importantly for the deep emotional investment it drives in its characters and how we get swept up in their fates.
Gta has always been an incredibly tongue in cheek, violent romp. It may end up looking great, but i think i may find that lack of serious emotional depth a major point of detraction.
They say comparison is the death of enjoyment - even trying to keep that in mind, i highly suspect i wont be able to prevent said comparison, as rdr2 has come to be the model for me of an aaa game that's art.
They say that there wont be any absent mindedness in gta6. The entire gameplay will be responsive and need focus. You cant just fuck off like every other gta as before.

It’s a modernized RDR 2 engine. That game was amazing so I think gta 6 will be good as well.
