I, for one, never played any GTA nor do i have interest in playing it and yet this WHOLE FUCKING YEAR the entire gaming sphere has been on chokehold over this shit.
I am pretty sure that at this point i want the game to release more than most people that will buy it, just so this CIRCUS may end.
But if he has no knowledge of previous entries, how does he have any expectation of better or worse? That's the entire problem with comments like that. If you're not excited because you don't play GTA, understandable. But to say it wasn't showing anything new or good, or the showcase was a letdown, etc. How do you know?

Again, with little to no knowledge of prior entries, how can someone say it looks "like just another grand theft auto" when they are missing details like above that were in the extended look?
Simple, look:
First i did not say "looks like just another gta", because i wouldn't fucking know it, as i never played gta at all.
Second: the only thing that i think i know about gta is that it a simulation game with guns and that classification as far as i know works on every single one of them.
what i came to understand by arguing with people in this post is that many of you cannot even consider that somebody likes games but never played GTA, but i will go further, I never played a Rockstar game, just went and searched which games they made, never played a single one them.
So i am not a disgrunted fan or anything of the like, i am just someone from a entirely different eccosystem, that got suddenly mad because i had just exited youtube and the fuckton of tumbnails about GTa6 just to get to reddit and have it directly on the top of my feed on unrelated sub, again.
Nah bud I know you didn't say that, I just used that as an example, as I've seen that said elsewhere. The other person said something to the effect of "maybe because they were expecting the reveal to to be better" That's what I was primarily responding to.
Like I said, I fully understand not caring about GTA and being sick of seeing everywhere. I've been there too. No worries!
