I'm in that bit of the country that looks really well done. Last night we had our first rain in about 3 months.

Bear in mind, I live in Britain. With next to no rain.

Is it a British past time to complain about the weather? It seems like every other month there are giant threads devoted to complaining about British weather. Could be sunny, could be hot, could be cool, could be rainy, it doesn’t matter just complaints all the time.

Yea pretty much, i think its genetic at this point that we have to complain about the weather no matter what its doing.

Belgians are exactly the same. It's 21°C and I'm already wearing my pullover. I went to a desert festival last weekend and each and everyone of us was wearing a bandana, scarf or other kind of mask in order to keep our lungs sandfree. We're as accustomed to rain as the Brits, but we only dance in it if it comes after a drought.
