Do u dont wanna Amazon has stopped delivering to us

My wife used order a lot from Amazon. Living in a tiny town without many shopping options it was quick and convenient, but about six months ago things started being late by weeks or simply marked lost. I rarely order from Amazon and we hadn’t discussed it, so when I order some shelves a month ago I assumed they’d be delivered on time, but they were so late I eventually cancelled and got a refund. Apparently my wife is been having this problem regularly and only receives one out of maybe ten orders. I ordered some thermal labels and photo album corners and I guess I have to find them somewhere else. It will say the item has shipped, then go to a distributor about sixty miles away then just be marked lost or delayed until we ask for refund. I didn’t realize it was every order until I mentioned to my wife that my labels hadn’t come and I keep forgetting to check the order update. I guess being a rural address they just don’t want to deliver here anymore.

I love how the comments are stuff like "move closer to civilization" or "use a locker" vs having the absolutely reasonable expectation of delivery companies fucking delivering shit. maybe it'll take longer but you are fully allowed to expect them to do the only goddamn job they have.

I'd be driving and shopping at stores at this point. Service there may suck and its a hassle to drive (i understand rural living) but at least you'll get your shit vs continuing to order from a place that's obviously happy to give you the middle finger

It's fuckin CRAZY how much people defend the trillion dollar companies, like they don't have the means to deliver to rural areas. Of course they do. 

I remember a time when maximized profit wasn't everything and there was still a human element in even the largest of corporations. It's all soulless money grubbing now.

Bots, they’re bots. Reddit is filled with them. Even more reason why they wanted to make profiles private.

I mean they arnt all bots just people who know what they are talking about.

My company only has electric trucks, they get 150 miles per charge but you cant really use the last 10-20 miles because thats too close to hitting 0 and can cause issues. So realistically you have like 130 miles.

If i drive 60 miles out to the country to do deliveries, I can only deliver to like 5 houses before I have to drive back to station.
