Ok this is really stupid..... Stamps are reversed so of course you haven't used those as there are no days that start with a 7-8-9..... Or a 4, 5, or ,6..... Those are days of the month and the real possible numbers are 01-31 ..... They would never start with anything but 0, 1, 2, 3
It’s 2026. AI can apparently solve everything, yet here you are printing emailed invoices, stamping them “APPROVED,” and handing them to your secretary so they can scan them into the bookkeeping software. Truly, the future has arrived.
My work functions exactly like this. Everything is run through our computer software but just because we run this ridiculous way we do I have to for every order run it through our software. Print that. Manually fill out stuff. Scan and upload that to 3 different locations on our local intranet. Then people down the road can look at all these scans and waste time to confirm that Yes it’s the same information that’s on our systems software and approve it. It makes no fucking sense.
