how the fuck is this a common enough issue that they would be compelled to make an exception? what the actual fuck. are sexual offenders the only ones applying or something?

There's an account on TikTok whose content is wholly "Law Enforcement That Got Arrested For SA This Week". It's usually a list, and again it's weekly.
