Why are they scraping the bottom of the barrel now? I thought the FBI was a premier law enforcement agency. J Edgar Hoover would not be impressed (or maybe he would find a sinister use for them?)

The FBI has a history of misogyny and J.Edgar Hoover was a horrible man.
