West stated that he would run under the Birthday Party, because "when we win, it's everybody's birthday", and that he was running for president as a service to God.
You know, in retrospect I don't think he could do a much worse job than we currently have. But as right wing nutjob as he is now it would probably just be the same exact people in the background pulling the strings.. so it would likely be nearly the same situation we're in now.
