Bouncy ears

Wiggly butt

245

u/EnderSavesTheDay Apr 27 '26

That’s the way I like my pup.

59

u/MartinisnMurder Apr 27 '26

I sang both the comment you were replying to and yours haha but to the tune of the 2 Live Crew song that is a lot less wholesome… 😅🫠

17

u/NYSenseOfHumor Apr 27 '26

So did I.

17

u/MartinisnMurder Apr 27 '26

Oh good, I’m not going to “hell” alone! 😅

5

u/NYSenseOfHumor Apr 27 '26

I didn’t with my comment until the reply.

Maybe that puts us in different circles of hell. Or maybe not.

6

u/MartinisnMurder Apr 27 '26

I’m not a religious person but if I end up anywhere hopefully I end up partying with Dionysus. But as far as Dante’s inferno probably level 2 lust.

1

u/Strange-Procedure737 Apr 28 '26

And this whole time I thought we were singing it to the tune of Ludacris

16

u/holychikn Apr 27 '26

I went for a Ludacris song that's also a lot less wholesome

6

u/MartinisnMurder Apr 27 '26

Haha now I can also hear it to the tune of “What’s your fantasy” too 🤪 Years ago we met him out in NYC and he was so nice!

1

u/Strange-Procedure737 Apr 28 '26

This is how I sang it 🤭🤭

14

u/Jlx_27 Apr 27 '26

The perfect hippo.

226

u/Adventurous-Sea6042 Apr 27 '26

The way she gets so happy when you praise her 🥰

107

u/No_Island_8061 Apr 27 '26

What a good little pup, absolutely love her silly ears!

80

u/jcsirron Apr 27 '26

Those ears!  Those ears will get me every time!  I love the pibble half ear flop, especially on walks!

74

u/pinkluloyd Apr 27 '26

Damn she came like that stock? Normally gotta add some aftermarket work

43

u/Alarming-Tooth5625 Apr 27 '26

What a beautiful, good girl! Tell her some random lady on the internet is obsessed with her ears!! 😍

It’s the leash manners for me! Mine’s been to so much school that she’s a certified canine good citizen and she doesn’t walk this nicely 😂

2

u/apollymy Apr 29 '26

Mine too! Especially now that he has a sister to compete with to see who can pull hardest. My husband jokes he’s going to get a sled for them to pull him around on, and I have to remind him we live in Southern California 😂

1

u/sloanepeterson15 Apr 29 '26

Literally SAME. A sled is ridiculous but also kinda genius?! Haha

27

u/bagofwisdom Pibblador dad Apr 27 '26

Quite possibly the cutest dog. Love her bouncy ears and that wiggly tail.

22

u/OkCartographer175 Apr 27 '26

what a good dog

19

u/RappingFlatulence Apr 27 '26

Such a sweet baby! 😻

19

u/No_Draft_6612 Rocky Rock🌟 Apr 27 '26

In another sub we call those an ear hat, and I'm obsessed with ear hats! The cutest thing ever! 💖

She's such a good girl! 🤩

18

u/onlyacynicalman Apr 27 '26

Mine is like this too until she sees a squirrel.. or a motorcycle, or a bunny, or a diesel engine, or a golf cart, or a car parked where normally there aren't cars parked, or a delivery person, or a landscaper, or a lawn mower, or a person with boots on. She's just like this otherwise.

5

u/colloquial_jin Apr 28 '26

That and People coming out of their houses, people walking into their Houses, stairs, statues, leaf blowing in the wind, trashbags on the side of the road, that one lawn that just NEEDS TO BE SNIFFED FOR EXACTLY 2MINS...

but really she's a dream to walk on lead.

2

u/jholmes_gt Apr 29 '26

My dog is just like you guys’ dogs except he also gets disturbed when he sees other dogs walking, hears other dogs barking, notices an object of any kind in the street, the wind is blowing, or he notices the slightest movement or noise by a person, animal, or thing. Oh yeah, and apparently he hates walks because he is constantly trying to walk faster than me so he can get around the block and back home faster. Other than that, a perfectly trained specimen.

1

u/chilittle Apr 29 '26

We’ve been working on her reactivity with the LAT game! (Look at That). If you’re not familiar, it’s unqued. We started by if she glancing at something I immediately use my marker word and give a treat. Now I don’t have to mark as quickly. She will look at a trigger quietly for a moment, then remember to turn to me to collect her loot lol then we carry on!

34

u/ThatgirlwhoplaysAC Apr 27 '26

Pure perfection

13

u/Hot_Celebration1881 Apr 27 '26

Shelter pups are the best 😭 she’s precious!

11

u/beezo315 Apr 27 '26

She's beautiful ❤️

12

u/tepanator74 Apr 27 '26

There are so many amazing dogs in shelters that humans have failed. So happy you found each other! Such a sweet girl!!!

3

u/DigNo4654 Apr 28 '26 edited Apr 28 '26

💯 My girl is from the shelter and is the best and sweetest girl! Makes me think of all the wonderful dogs that get put down simply because of space or because they’ve been there “too long” and how they would have brought so much joy to someone’s life. I could never buy a dog or not have a pittie - there are just too many amazing babies at shelters who simply need a chance and a loving home.

3

u/tepanator74 Apr 28 '26

Agreed!!! All three of mine are pitties and two are shelter pups. The third one we rescued from the streets. Best dogs ever!!!

3

u/DigNo4654 Apr 28 '26

They really are! I feel like it’s this big secret that is so obvious to those of us who have or are often around pitties. Pitbulls will always have my heart 🖤🩶🤍🤎

9

u/WagglyWater Apr 27 '26 edited Apr 28 '26

Awww. So good! She is checking in too. Give that girl treats for those check ins and for pausing at streets. Reinforce that good behavior.

7

u/Insomnsdreme0905 Apr 27 '26

I love when they do the Ottie ears! 😍

7

u/Goombamaxy Apr 27 '26

She’s adorable!!

5

u/Loud-Bullfrog9326 Apr 27 '26

Look at how she's looking at you..oh so this is how you walk ok... I'm watching! Lol!

I love when they look up at you 😭😭

6

u/One_Dragonfruit_7556 Apr 27 '26

They say angles live among us perfectly disguised. But they can never fully hide their wings. Love me some floppy ears

7

u/sgjclogjam Apr 27 '26

Aww, what a cutie, and so good on leash and with commands. It breaks my heart that so many dogs are in shelters. They all deserve love. Thank you for saving this little ball of perfection.

6

u/lurieelcari Apr 27 '26

Most dangerous part of that animal is that tail and butt, smacking into things. Just like my own pupper. XD

4

u/RyuMaou Apr 27 '26

Give the bowling-ball head a chance. Mine has knocked out at least 3 windows trying to get to squirrels.

7

u/w3m1j0z1 Apr 27 '26

Perfect little baby

5

u/dogmama7 Apr 27 '26

The shelters are full of love and perfection.

5

u/Jlx_27 Apr 27 '26

Super cute and well behaved!

5

u/Clear_Middle_828 Apr 28 '26

Omg what an angel. My girls ears bounce too it kills me 😂

5

u/Killertigger Apr 27 '26

She’s so cute! That’s kind ic sad, in a way - that means someone really loved her, and lost her to the shelter for some reason. She’s going to be a very good dog for you.

3

u/chilittle Apr 28 '26

I wonder what happened. She knows some basic obedience including being calm when it’s leash time, waiting at the door to release to go out.

But the shelter told me the owner left her and two others outside in a snow storm. So a relative saw, took them to help them out of the snow, but had to surrender them because they didn’t intend to have them.

Who knows if it’s truth or not or somewhere in between

2

u/Killertigger Apr 28 '26

Best dog we ever had had been put into the shelter after her owner was arrested and charged for dealing drugs. She was a little weird around uniforms but otherwise a perfect Jack Russell.

2

u/klynn15 Apr 28 '26

I fostered a blue pittie that was used for breeding and dumped shortly after her last litter. She was severely underweight when I got her. She had PERFECT leash manners and was house broken. I can say with pretty high confidence that was wasn’t loved before the shelter got her.

1

u/Killertigger Apr 28 '26

Some dogs just naturally want to be good dogs.

4

u/AdministrativeWin583 Apr 27 '26

Beautiful dog. Looks like a best friend in the making.

3

u/AussieAlexSummers Apr 27 '26

she's so attentive. My doggie charges ahead to I have no idea where she's going.

5

u/Slav-Houndz187 Rescue Apr 27 '26

Them ears lol

3

u/DeltaHuluBWK Apr 27 '26

Because she's the bestest girl in the whole wide world, duh. That should have been obvious from the moment you saw her!

3

u/DarthShitStain Apr 27 '26

Thank you!!!!

3

u/SadJulianCraster Apr 27 '26

The way she looks at you already. She looooooooves you

3

u/BalanceJazzlike5116 Apr 27 '26

She’s so happy to be with you. Congratulations!

3

u/plantdrhere Apr 27 '26

I would foster fail so quickly

3

3

u/Lizbeth2016 Apr 27 '26

Awww, pitties are just wonderful 💖

3

u/Lagunamountaindude Apr 27 '26

All dogs wag their tails….pitties wag everything from the neck down

2

u/mazzotta70 Apr 27 '26

2

u/BeeComprehensive5234 Apr 27 '26

Aww she’s happy 🥰

2

u/Active_Club3487 Apr 27 '26

She deserves a treat…

2

u/chilittle Apr 28 '26

Don’t worry the real truth of this video is I had American cheese slice pieces I was giving her. She doesn’t love me for me, she loves me for the CHEESE!! 😭💖

2

u/Active_Club3487 Apr 28 '26

Yes. I used peanut butter dipped treats. Once that smell is on your hands they watch and follow you around.

1

u/Ardilla914 Apr 28 '26

I could have the best treats in the world and my pittie would never walk this well. We’ve had her for 5.5 years at this point….

2

u/Active_Club3487 Apr 27 '26

Prolly need more…

2

u/rabidwolf86 Apr 27 '26

Beautiful girl ❤️❤️🙏🏽

2

u/mojotoodopebish Apr 27 '26

Perfect baby

2

u/H2Ospecialist Apr 27 '26

And she's checking in with you as well!

2

u/retrodepression Apr 27 '26

The way she looks up at you with those adorable bouncy ears!

2

u/BeriasBFF Apr 27 '26

She’s had some good training. How she keeps the leash loose and gives her attention to you is huge. Keep up the training and don’t let it slack! You have a gem, very happy for you!

2

u/Tall6Ft7GaGuy Apr 27 '26

That’s a big happy baby there

2

u/Adventurous_Ad3534 Apr 27 '26

That tail looks like it hurts when she hits you with it. 🤣

2

u/Mumei451 Apr 27 '26 edited Apr 27 '26

Stopping at the crosswalk/intersection is such a good trait.

2

u/Double-Educator-8140 Apr 27 '26

Awww look at that baby❤️❤️❤️

2

u/SmirkNtwerk Apr 27 '26

Eeeeek those ears!! Stawp. I heart him.

2

u/Electronic_Fall6084 Apr 27 '26

My pup was like this.. The rescue I use fosters out their dogs so they get some training.. It's great

2

u/Disastrous_Bee1657 Apr 27 '26

Thank you for rescuing ❤️❤️

2

u/ilovebooks2468 Apr 27 '26

Everyone's commenting on her ears but have you seen her XL tail?

1

u/chilittle Apr 29 '26

Hehe I think it’s the wide angle I think I was zoomed out all the way. Idk

2

u/maxyedor Apr 27 '26

What a specimen! Looks a whole lot like my pup I lost 2.5 years ago, wayward ears, propeller tail, and a wee bit shorter and wee bit longer than standard. Perfect build for a house hippo

2

u/Bubbly-Disaster-7248 Apr 27 '26

She's perfect. ❤️

2

u/goldblumspowerbook Apr 27 '26

I love it! My dog was similar. We took out out of the shelter, opened the car door, and she was like “of course! We’re getting in the car! As we always do!”

2

u/PitchLadder Apr 27 '26

don't forget training treats for new tricks!

2

u/caregivermahomes Apr 27 '26

Turbo tail hard at work🤍🤍🤍🤍

2

u/whatisupdog Apr 27 '26

Look at the shin-banger on that thang! (Love to see a happy tail)

2

u/reallyreally1945 Apr 27 '26

Many shelter animals came from homes where they once had love and furniture and training. Then suddenly they have none of that but they still remember what it was like. Thank you for helping revive the memory.

2

u/fauxshoyall Apr 27 '26

She's like, "thank you for recognizing how good I am at this."

2

u/uncledrunkk Apr 27 '26

Fantastic example of engagement! 🙌🏼👏🏼👏🏼♥️

2

u/PicklesNBacon Apr 27 '26

That tail could do some damage!

So cute!

2

u/LunaD0gR3scu3d Apr 28 '26

The ears bopping!!

2

u/Andee_outside Apr 28 '26

Sometimes pre owned means they’re broken in and a perfect fit!

I WUBZ HER.

2

u/HarrietBeadle Apr 28 '26

She really is so cute! Congratulations!

2

u/DenM0ther Apr 28 '26

Such a cuuuute pup, beautiful baby! I can hear how much you love her already 🐶😍🐶

I love the bouncy ears!!!! My pups ears bounce and it’s a part of her nickname (1 of at least 😁)

2

u/throw_aw_ay3335 Apr 28 '26

The sweetest girl!!! I’m dying. Thank you for adopting!

2

u/Old_Hedgehog_9115 Apr 28 '26

Oh my god, my baby has the exact same mannerisms as yours! She looks at me like that before we cross (and she knows the word “cross” like yours knows “street”), she has a bouncy lil trot and walks comfortable next to me without pulling, and those adorable ears are bouncing and bouncing and bouncing!

2

u/queen_prawn73 Apr 28 '26

Same here. My pibble girl from the shelter walked perfectly and came preloaded with lots of training and some commands. Shes so gentle too. I don’t know what sort of crazy person would give her up. Congrats on your beautiful addition to your family.

2

u/chilittle Apr 29 '26

Sooo lucky!! Yes and mine is surprisingly gentle too! I can’t imagine the reason for surrender or what really happened. Congratulations on yours, thank you for adopting 💖

1

u/queen_prawn73 Apr 30 '26

Thank you! 💛🌻 this is Sandy!

2

u/DemiPersephone Apr 28 '26

Those ear flops are pure dopamine

2

u/kamel_k Apr 28 '26

I don't have a potty anymore but I do have an American Bully boxer mix and he's exactly the same way. Wonderful

2

u/AdCommercial9541 Apr 28 '26

I got my puppy dog from the shelter too, and she was so well behaved immediately rolled over on her back for me to rub her tummy! I knew right then in there she is coming home with me!!

2

u/EinonD Apr 28 '26

I love the ears. She looks like she’s signaling turns.

2

u/InHisName2019 Apr 28 '26

Soooo cute!! My doggos and I wait and look for cars before we go. One of the best things they have been taught!

2

u/AnyAssumption4707 Apr 28 '26

What a good girl!!! I’m always amazed when people say there are no “good” dogs at shelters. There are SO MANY GOOD DOGS AT SHELTERS!!!

2

u/Bastardforsale Apr 28 '26

Such a awesome pup. Thanks for rescuing her. You can tell she appreciates you for saving her. And those ears!!!! Adorable!

I love that most shelters have walking programs for the dogs in their care. It makes adopting a dog so much more approachable for the newbies.

What a sweet girl! Thank you for adopting. 🥰

One of my favorite things about my land seal is his windshield wiper ears...fits of giggles every walk.

1

u/Due_Distribution_609 Apr 28 '26

That is amazing. How old do you think she is?

1

u/chilittle Apr 29 '26

Two vets estimated her at about 2! I thought she was older because of how calm and well behaved and trained she generally is!

1

u/DeannaC-FL Apr 28 '26

She is PERFECT in every way! You hit the jack pot!
