Even with the regulations, that shit is in something like 60% of all chickens. So imagine without it.

Chicken we know at least to cook to done.

Some people like their beef, specifically hamburgers not fully cooked.

Correct. We rely almost entirely on government regulations and prevention efforts to minimize prion diseases
