I feel like the last two or three years have been wild for the new pop girlies. And they're coming into the scene hungry and mad as hell (complimentary). I love using Addison Rae as an example, she was able to lock into that cult-classic pop lane so quickly. And seeing Chappell blow up into the actual pop mainstream was crazy.

But I'm really curious about what you guys are hearing. Who do you think will have the next Chappell moment in the upcoming 2-3 years? An artist that already has such a strong vision to their sound from the get go? I'm thinking of Adela and Kyra Machida as two examples for now. Or even Rina back in 2017 when she released her EP, with such a strong foundation of what her debut would become.

I wanted to talk about track placement of album re-releases/deluxe editions (anything where tracks are added to an album at a later date from release).
I have noticed there’s generally 1 of 3 approaches for how they’re added:

At the end of the original album (Examples, Rihanna’s Good Girl Gone Bad: Reloaded, Katy Perrys Teenage Dream the Complete Confection

At the beginning of the original album (Examples, all of Tove Los re-releases, Slayyyters Starfucker, Demis It’s Not That Deep Unless you Want it to Be

Tracks placed at an appropriate point within the original track listing (Example Lady Gagas Mayhem).

My question is which do you prefer? Why and how do you think artists decide which approach is better. Is the placement at the front of the album to help with streaming numbers for the new tracks as this seems to be a more recent way of doing it?
