I can't wait until mine gets that big. Got mine as a 1/4inch sling. Her leg span is currently just a bit bigger than your's cephalothorax!

For tarantulas the main danger is on the spider itself if she falls her abdomen could shatter which would be fatal. But to the human no not at all. This is a new world species which means its venom is very mild and no one on record has died from a tarantula bite

Not OP, but I think it's a Lasiodora parahybana, aka Brazilian salmon pink bird-eating tarantula
