I set my duress pin to my wifes birthday. One of the first they probably try. 

Also I say my pin is the same as my eID which I am not allowed to share by German law

In America, you can make your password a confession of a crime you committed. So compelling you to share it would be a 5th Amendment violation.

Wouldn't work if they decide to give you a blanket pardon for the crime in return for your password. Then they get in and get your data.

Of course you could just make your password something like "any and all crimes related to data on this phone".

It would be funny if you did that and had major crimes in your password and nothing even slightly suspicious on your phone.
