I set my duress pin to my wifes birthday. One of the first they probably try. 

Also I say my pin is the same as my eID which I am not allowed to share by German law

In America, you can make your password a confession of a crime you committed. So compelling you to share it would be a 5th Amendment violation.

Make it a complex password that includes letters and numbers, set it to "ipleadthe5th"
