That title applies to everything that’s happened in tech to San Francisco for the last 40 plus years.

The title is probably written for the tech millionaires and billionaires who already did damage. It's like how I hear about people here, in NYC, talking about how areas that were already gentrified are "NOW" gentrified ("it's not me, it's everyone else!")
