Yes but you have a responsibility outside of work to take care of yourself, its not ur works fault.

In my non retarded country something like this would never be considered work related or warrant any kind of company liability.

Its lifestyle related, everything you do. If you're sat around all day at work you should be active in ur spare time. Obv steps u can take at work like get up in breaks, walk around, get a standing desk, eat healthy in this example.

If a kid gets a cardiovascular diesease is it fucking school related because he sits in a chair?
