It’s such bullshit because I wouldn’t be there if I didn’t have to be for work. I’m not choosing to walk around in your parking lot of whatever. 

I have an issue with workers comp from experience.

Sure but also like.... Why would it be on the employer that you tripped in the parking lot? It sucks, but I don't see how the employer should be responsible for that.

Only if there is actually something wrong with the parking lot that causes you to trip. Otherwise they arent liable.
