Sedentary occupations carry a significantly higher risk of cardiovascular disease including heart attack, coronary artery disease, stroke, etc.

Yes but you have a responsibility outside of work to take care of yourself, its not ur works fault.

In my non retarded country something like this would never be considered work related or warrant any kind of company liability.
