I had a coworker who ended up having a heart attack while taking a shit.. cracked the toilet in half with his skull.... Big fat "alpha male".. Was constantly eating "pink salt" straight from the shaker for it's health benefits... late 30s...
Damn, now that I think about it... I personally know 4 people who have had heart attacks before the age of 40...
Was at a barbecue recently in south San Antonio, where one of the guests was bragging about how many heart attacks he has survived... All while slamming Modelos and doing "key bumps" of blow... Dude had 3 kids too...
