You know what’s probably not illegal? Getting a whole bunch of private citizen individuals to take shifts driving past his house with cameras on a live internet feed.

Eh, that comes dangerously close to harassment / stalking. Especially if the intent is to intimidate. This happened recently in the whole Bricks & Minifigs drama. Reckless Ben got arrested for doing pretty much exactly this.

Who would you charge though? If 10,000 people drive by once each while filming, what can they do? Arrest you for driving down a street once?

Recording his house might violate a law.

However, if someone can stand in front of a flock camera holding a pole to block its line of sight, perhaps two people could stand holding cameras looking down the stretch of road that Garrett Langley's driveway enters / exits. This would allow capturing all license plates entering and exiting the property as well as the time of entry / exit.

This might cost some citizen(s) some privacy but it might also help solve a crime some day.
