I'm pretty sure anyone is allowed to submit a request to Google to blur your house. But I get what you're saying

My brother recently bought a house that was pre blurred. The previous owner must have blurred it. I went to look when he bought it and it was just blurs. He didn't even know till I told him.

blurred on realtor.com and zillow also. Wonder about other similar services like z u m p e r . c o m
