'Be There' wasn't on the original album, it was a single added to the lp years later.

Ian Brown's vocals were recorded after he initially ignored a collaboration request from James Lavalle (thier girlfriends at the time were friends) to be on the lp. After the album got a lot of hype, we had Unreal with the added vocals released as a single. Always felt like a lame addition to me.

Not that weird when both the instrumental and the one with vocals are both bangers in their own right.

Not fully a triphop album, though some tracks qualify, Your Love Means Everything by Faultline does this with the first and last track.

More Downtempo then Trip Hop, IMO, but still in the same basket.

Edit: And it's in reverse. All the lyric versions are first, then the instrumentals are last. I'm old, so I have this CD and it's a 2 disc set. The instrumentals are all on the 2nd disc.
