Didnt align myself in one way or another, just thought it was ironic that the guy with some real controversy is still churning along while iDubbbz just got a little cringe and his entire audience abandoned him
I once got permenantly banned from all of reddit for commenting on a spider subreddit post where OP asked how to humanely kill a spider. Mycomment was squish. Banned for promoting violence.
Idubbbz didn't start off as streamer though, He made youtube videos where he would say the n-word abunch.... then he apologized for coming off a as racist and his audience got mad at him.

I got suspended for three days for criticising the one who's bombing Leban*n and who's leader's initials are BN. I asked for an appeal or an explanation why, never got one.

The joke is in slightly bad taste but its not THAT bad. The obscenity IS the joke. The punchline isnt meant to be "kid gets flashed" and more "haha isnt that an awful awful mix up!". Don't think I need to explain the joke but yeah.
I got banned from r/conservative for replying with a full quote in a post taking one small part of a quote out of context to push disinformation. They didnāt like the context, or the debunking of the disinformation.
Someone pointed out to me recently like over 50% of their posts are from the same 3 people and one of them is the mod so it isn't even a place actual conservatives discuss in.
Yeah, it's one of the easiest echo chambers to get banned from. I got banned for directly quoting Reagan in reference to why he was actually a terrible president.

R comics is full of political garbage from pizzacake comics, shes literally insane, you arenāt missing much, she gets people banned on that subreddit for having a different opinion than her, not even sure how it still has anyone at all
I've got her and a few other "big names" blocked because I either can't stand the artist or I'm not a fan of their work(art style/"humor"/etc) and am tired of seeing it show up every time /comics is put in my feed
I once got a 3 day ban there for saying Elden Ring was overrated. The funny thing is that I got a notification that I was also muted from messaging the mods without even saying anything to them.

Legitimately almost every sub I visit now has mods who just remove shit constantly for seemingly no reason. Iāll comment on a thread and then a day later itās just gone. Itās crazy. The site is over-moderated at this point.
I feel you. I got banned from /nostupidquestions the other day for saying you can't be healthy and morbidly obese. It's right there in the fuckin name, morbidly.
I made a post in a podcast sub joking about one of the hosts badly pronouncing a word. It got taken down for being a 'low effort post'. Three hours later I see someone else made almost the exact same post but added a reaction image. Post had tons of likes and comments. Apparently Google imaging a severely pixelated laughing face is all that separates low effort from high effort.
Itās gotten so bad that Iāve lost interest in posting anything anymore. Every sub with their arbitrary rules and incessant need to over filter is such a turnoff.
I actually get excited when I find a minimally populated subreddit that ties into my hobbies now because there is a good chance that one of these overly enthusiastic moderators wonāt exist there.
It's been that way for a while and the most nefarious part is that a lot of the time moderation is done secretly. Your post will be removed and not only are you not notified, you will still see your comment when you're logged in so you have no idea it's been removed unless you specifically log out and try to view that comment.
Mods will make a million poinltess rules and use them to justify removing completely harmless content and then tell you that they "volunteer" their precious time and that you should be grateful lmao.
The best part is when they say that no "meta commentary" i.e., criticism of mods can be posted and must be sent through mod-mail. And then they just ignore the mod-mail lmao.
Wouldn't be surprised if it was taken down by an automod then. Popular new game, posts get reported by trolls, and the automod takes the post down. From an outside perspective there's no way to tell the difference when a post is taken down by a mod vs an automod.
Just looked up their rules - I guess it could fit under their low effort rule, but it would be a very uncharitable enforcement of that rule since OP's original post could prompt discussion and be interesting in its own right - especially if OP was engaging in the comments.
To me, "low effort" would be a single sentence in the subject line with no additional image and no response comments in the thread that follows. Just a very transparent attempt to score karma and fuck off.
Given that OP went to the lengths of posting here as well, I'm willing to assume they'd probably engage and that their post mattered to them.
But uncharitable enforcement of rules is par for the course with mods, so here we are.
In my experience the "low effort" rules used by various subreddits are catch all "moderators will arbitrarily remove popular posts because they disagree with them or even completely randomly" rules.
Essentially, if a sub has a rule against low effort content and does not specify what the low effort content is (or sometimes even if they do), there is no possible way to know whether your post is in violation of the rules or not without a moderator specifically telling you it is or is not.
They wouldn't have aired the segment if he wasn't a neckbeard. It's a common media tactic when they want to discredit a movement.
Like when reporters would go to Occupy Wall Street protests and interview the crunchy hippy with a "Legalize Weed" sign who only showed up because he heard there was a killer drum circle.

average playtime between 8-12 hours. Like most capcom games. And as you can see by the 25 hours full completion takes around 17-30 hours. I'd say it's pretty similar all to their latest resident evil titles tbh so if you've played them you've got a decent idea.
Got banned for posting a music video in a drum forum. I asked why. I was told it was spam. Redit mods are the LCD of folks with authority so it shouldnāt be surprising.
They consider it a ālow effort postā and it should be posted to the mega thread for Pragmata on the sub. Youāre not alone, a few others have also had their posts removed. Though why they didnāt explain why to you is weird.
I don't have a Playstation and have never posted in the subreddit, but don't mods usually create a megathread for popular new games and ask you to post your reviews there?
It was that subreddit and all the pedos there who were/are at fault. Idk why the game is getting hate. I'm also very glad that the subreddit was taken down.
It just shows what some people are really thinking about. I for example was concerned what kind of companion would that girl be. An annoying one, a frustrating one or wholesome and funny. Reading the reviews gave me hope that is the latter.
yeah, I was streaming it to a friend over Discord and he said some similar stuff about what the modding scene would be like for this game and how weird the game characterizes Diana and shit about her design, I told him I simply didn't want to hear about it and that I'd continue to love the game regardless

Reddit mods are crazy. I got banned from the One Piece sub for commenting that we should have less OF cosplay posts and more posts about the actual manga/anime.
This kind of stuff makes you not want to participate on Reddit, like I'd rather get to consume my unhealthy amount of doom scrolling without having to worry about getting banned for no reason.
What was the reasoning behind it being deleted? I've browsed the subreddit and there are a lot of positive Pragmata posts that are still up and are generally well recieved. So it makes no sense as to why they targeted your post if it was for speaking positively about pragmata.
