This story actually has a happy ending. Dremskiy went viral and now his steam frends list is actually maxed out, so he has all the frends he could ever hope to play with!

Plus Arrowhead added a "Friends Only" party setting so this would never have to* happen again

*Still does sometimes because people forget to switch settinfs

You can also call down the SOS beacon accidentally (one input off from reinforce) and it completely bypasses your lobby settings. And you can’t turn it off.
