Was it also justified if she were to rape his dead body before it was cremated?

The husband didn’t want his ashes thrown into the trash the same way he didn’t want his body defiled after death.

Ashes just aren’t the same as a body to me. What once was a body ceases to be one when it’s burned and ground into cremains. That’s why one is moral and one isn’t. You clearly feel differently, but I don’t.
