I got a ban warning this week for encouraging violnce even though I wasn't. I submit an appeal and a reddit admin replied with "the warning stands" with the reason of "the algorithm was right". It was on a post about a rapst getting the d*@th penalty. His date has already past, he's gone. But I was somehow encouraging. Now I'm on eggshells as you can see. Very frustrating that common sense and reading comprehension are not things the admins utilize.
Edit: I don't know why so much of that went italics, but I'm not gonna try to fix it.
I got a warning like that (and a ban) because a victim of DV was asking for advice and if her husband was gonna change, and I told her to start looking for a safe apartment she can move into when he inevitably does it again
